1. Technical Standards & Scope of Services
TaggedWorks provides technical accessibility engineering, auditing, testing, and consulting services based on recognized technical standards, including W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), Section 508, EN 301 549, and ISO 14289 (PDF/UA).
2. Disclaimer of Legal Advice
TaggedWorks is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation, statutory legal counsel, or guarantees of immunity from litigation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or international statutes. Our evaluations reflect empirical technical conformance at the time of testing. Organizations must consult qualified legal counsel for legal interpretations and litigation defense.
3. Intellectual Property
All original research, documentation, logos, and website materials published by TaggedWorks are protected under copyright and trademark law. Client source code, proprietary algorithms, and brand assets evaluated during client engagements remain the sole property of the client.
